Frances is a psychologist with more than 20 years of experience aiding individuals to address life's challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence. Frances provides support to adults dealing with a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace concerns, and many of the other unique challenges life tends to throw our way.
Frances uses a warm and collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practices. Frances has a strong background in supporting first responders and individuals in high-pressure roles, with deep insight into the unique challenges they face.

She offers customised support aimed at assisting these individuals in managing the distinct stressors they encounter, thereby enhancing both their personal and professional wellbeing.
Frances also provides workplace training on topics such as psychosocial risk, optimal performance, workplace wellbeing and vicarious trauma.
