3 Ways to Nourish Your Nervous System

When it comes to mental wellbeing, one of the most important factors influencing mood is our nervous system. Chronic stress, anxiety and depression can be symptoms of a deregulated nervous system which means improving your nervous system balance is an integral component to improving your mood.

3 Key factors in creating a resilient nervous system include: 

1. Nutrients

Our body needs sufficient amounts of B vitamins, Magnesium and Vitamin C for stress support. These nutrients are known for increasing stress resilience and supporting nervous system balance.

During stressful times, it may be necessary to increase doses of these nutrients to help reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and depression.
