Laura is a Psychologist with over 13 years of experience working with adults of all ages and backgrounds. She approaches her work as a collaborative partnership and feels privileged to work with people on their transformation.

Laura has a passion for learning and has been trained in many therapeutic methods, allowing her to tailor the process to align with you and your needs. Laura uses combinations of strengths-based, mindfulness and positive psychology approaches to support you to overcome barriers, enhance resilience and create a structured approach to goal attainment. Laura has a particular interest in depressive and anxiety disorders, occupational challenges (stress, burnout, adjustment, executive coaching, leadership and performance enhancement), self-esteem and trauma.

 Laura has a warm, empathic and energetic communication style, and enjoys supporting people to construct clear pathways to enhance wellbeing. Laura believes in the integration of your past and present to gain insight and a sense of purpose for your future. She is passionate about creating a trusting environment where you feel comfortable and empowered to explore your experiences.

 Outside of work, Laura loves raising a young family and the joys and challenges that come with it. She also enjoys pretending she has a green thumb and persists with her attempts to keep plants alive.
