Tracey is an emerging counsellor currently completing her Bachelor of Counselling degree at Griffith University. She is passionate about meeting you exactly where you are on your journey and supporting you in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
She offers an authentic and genuine space for you to gain an awareness and understanding of self, supporting your own wisdom and working collaboratively with you to achieve your therapeutic goals. Person-centred approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy are drawn on to support your journey to a life of self-compassion, acceptance and peace.
Tracey has spent twenty- two years in small business and understands the diversity of teams and recognises the individual needs of its members. Facilitating personal and professional growth and development through group learning and personally tailored programs has given her an insight into the complexities and requirements of individuals in the workplace and on a personal level. We are all unique and possess everything we need inside ourselves to live an empowered and fulfilling life.
