Counselling

Professional counselling is a confidential and therapeutic collaboration between a qualified counsellor and their client/s. Counselling aims to identify, address and resolve personal problems in a positive way. Additionally, it aims to enhance your self-awareness, understanding of yourself and others, and promote mental health and wellbeing.

You will be an active participant in the counselling process at every stage. With your counsellor, you will explore information and options, developing strategies, and clarifying any emotional concerns that may interfere with critical decisions; so you can experience more peace of mind, feel supported, understood, achieve their goals and experience higher quality relationships.
