Caroline is a Rogerian, person-centred counsellor with a rich and varied background in both the creative industries and community health. She brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to her practice, drawing on her counselling studies, lived experience, and many years of supporting others through their most vulnerable and transformative life moments.
She began her career in the film and television industry before moving into community and public health roles, including perinatal peer work and program coordination. While an early career counsellor, Caroline’s previous roles have provided a strong foundation in person-centred care, service delivery, and relational support — all of which continue to inform her therapeutic approach. She holds a Master of Counselling from Edith Cowan University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Bachelor of Visual Arts from Griffith University – Queensland College of Art.
Alongside her counselling work, Caroline is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher with a deep personal and professional interest in mindfulness, embodiment, and the role of contemplative practices in healing. She is also an accredited Circle of Security Parenting facilitator, and brings this attachment-based framework into her understanding of relationship dynamics. These influences subtly shape her presence as a therapist, creating a calm, attuned, and grounded space for clients to explore their inner worlds.
Caroline is passionate about walking alongside clients who are seeking meaningful growth and lasting change. She offers a compassionate and reflective space for individuals to explore their inner narratives, make sense of their experiences, and re-author their lives in a way that feels deeply authentic and empowering.
Caroline works with adults from all walks of life, with a particular passion for supporting women through the perinatal stage, adjusting to parenting, and navigating life transitions. Her counselling style is intuitive, non-directive, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s lived experience, autonomy, and capacity for healing.
