Zoe is a thoughtful, discerning, and empathic registered counsellor with experience in guiding adults, families, adolescents and individuals with mental health conditions, through therapy. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, while upholding person-centred principles as the cornerstone of her practice.

Central to Zoe’s counselling philosophy is the spirit of curiosity wherein she endeavours to collaborate with her clients to delve into the intricacies and depths of their concerns. She fosters a warm and attuned environment, sensitive to both physical and emotional cues exhibited during sessions. Her overarching aim is to actualise her client’s goals, facilitating self-awareness and fostering a compassionate, strengths-based perspective.

Zoe has a strong appreciation for the importance of trauma-informed practice, integrating this foundational understanding into her counselling endeavours. Her practice is characterised by an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities, including Systemic Therapy for families and couples, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gestalt Therapy. She firmly believes that as the human nature is multifaceted, so to should be the therapy that is delivered.
