½ rockmelon
½ orange, sliced
1 cup of combined blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
½ sliced banana
Yoghurt and omega 3 seed blend (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds) to top
- Use a spoon to remove seeds from rockmelon.
- Fill the base of the rockmelon ‘bowl’ with oranges then add berries and banana.
- Top with yoghurt and omega 3 seed blend.
